Butch Palmer is a life long resident of 520 Tuttle St.  His parents and grandparents lived there also. His recently deceased  mother,  Catherine Palmer worked for 27 years at Sibley Mill.  His recently deceased father,  James Franklin Palmer retired from Columbian Nitrogen. Butch is totally invested in upgrading our neighborhood.  Butch Palmer, a landlord,  rents fine will renovated cottages to decent,  outstanding people. Landlords who live and who rent in the same neighborhood contribute more to the neighborhoods success.
"I have always admired the  Summerville neighborhood.  It would be beautiful to have the flow of  well done neighborhood design elements from Summerville  through Harrisburg going to downtown. Evergreen foundation plants and tastefully done landscaping  are urgently needed in the Harrisburg neighborhood.  I know many fine Summervillians' who would be delighted to share snips of evergreen cuttings to Harrisburgans who have horticultural inclinations. People who enjoy gardening are usually the nicest people".
